Tech world is emerging and you could see the # of apps and features you’ve been seeing on day to day life in your mobiles/tabs. To gain more user base and attract customers companies breaking their head to give better user experience hint fintech apps.

Many of you know Myntra was good design in terms of eCommerce platform and later we come across good designed apps webpages but not sure if i heard it’s a great design until i come across CRED. I personally like the UI of the Myntra and product image quality, content, the facets, ease of experience, etc. of the website/app. They’ve made a mistake by disowning the website later they got to know what users like.

CRED is an app with great feel of first impression thing, it’s definitely out of the box concept in terms of design especially start of the app, for a sec you could see the matrix movie that green line stuff. There might pros and cons on user experience and the features, it’s totally different subject altogether. Coming back to designing an app which is tech friendly, look and feel is the first thing anyone will expect.

I still remember how freecharge changed the transaction time compare to other competitors, it was a feel good transaction even when you’ve a low bandwidth internet speed in remote areas. Trust me in my personal opinion I still feel it has better transaction experience, though we have product based apps like jio, airtel, etc. in the market. I feel mobikwik, paytm, lazypay, gpay, phonepe, etc. later came into the market from other business areas and took over the user base which had a significant impact on freecharge, also I think there would’ve been more quicker steps of feature/product adoption to capture the market. I guess some of the companies during the acquisition phase or after taken over by some other company lacks fair amount of footfall. However the idea/design behind freecharge and the happening CRED is none other than Harish. Listen to the story how the journey of CRED has started.

Looking forward to see more apps, more products, more buildings, more cities (especially Bengaluru traffic design), etc. via Harish’s brain of design.
