Objective
Provide valid answers to the customer queries with more agility by introducing qualitive and quantitative methods .

The goal is to understand the data, validate the customer queries and build possible algorithms to suffice the user needs.

Background:

For all the account related queries, users dial customer care or visit credit union branches to know the information about their savings/salary/retirement accounts and the transaction details.

We have a vast amount of credit unions’ customer care data where we need to find possible solutions for user account information and transaction-related queries.

It’s totally relies on:
- Why new feature is for?
- What’s the purpose of new feature?
- Who are the users?
- Does it makes sense to develop a feature?
- What’s the problem user is facing?
- Why user facing the problem?
- Do we need really to spend time to establish new feature?
- Is it possible to embed with existing feature?
- Does it add value to the user as well as company/team?
- How established the company is (startup vs big)
- For startup there could new feature requirements
- For big organization there might be features/tools already established
- Does it makes sense to develop a new feature if it’s not serving customer?

Kids been attending online classes and parents seems like children are doing good job with out any diversion of mind. Apparently they’re not watching class videos and guess what!

Youtube videos, game play, chat with friends, etc.

Kids have very intelligent tendency for smart answers. They react and answer your question very quickly, just like my niece. While having lunch she asks permission very politely with the equal amount of cuteness for toilet and she only knows that she goes bathroom and pukes all her half ate lunch out and come back to the plate as if nothing happened. How can somebody puke and lie about it? How can someone disrespect food ?

Lack of consciousness

Whatever you doing you’ve to be present at the moment and watch out your surroundings.
